Got an Inspirational Life Coach?

Where does your personal INSPIRATION come from? How do you create that intrinsic energetic fuel to conquer your daily goals and work? Is it innate? Is your inspiration derived from an outside third party source?

Well, personally I am inspired by Money and the possibility of increasing income and earnings.  As a self-practicing real estate agent, the more property listings, tenant rep showings, lease listings and buyers I can successfully engage with, the better. With more business, there is more opportunity to serve clients. In turn, successful client closings create happiness for them, and more income and bank account money for me. A Double win!

But just like in your Monday through Friday or Sunday career routines, often the repetitiveness can bring us down and dampen the mood. Again, where do the creative juices and energy come from? Are coffee and caffeine the answer? Sometimes during a sluggish day around 3 pm, maybe yes, but caffeine should not be abused. I am reminded of my sleepless Adderall induced nights of college binge studying, and vow never to return to those tiny blue pills. Watch the movie "Limitless" with Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro for a cinematic example of this.

Here's an idea, do you have a Life Coach? Do you have a professional Coach?

Think about it. In sports, championship teams from grade school to the professional ranks are led by excellent coaches, men or women. We, American everyday working citizens deserve a coach too! Just because we're not playing in front of the lights and TV stations on Monday Night Football, we need inspirational coaching and guidance too. Who is your favorite life coach?

My real estate broker dad has been a long time protege of the "By Referral Only" Real Estate and California based coach, Joe Stumpf. Personally, for me, I have attended a Tom Ferry coached free Real Estate improvement seminar, which was helpful, new age and invigorating. In addition, Tom Ferry's Coaching philosophy business is heavy on giving away free VIDEO coaching, via social media and Facebook. It's hard to pass up free, am I right? Tom Ferry's nationwide practical and realistic advice and tips are welcoming, topical and extremely current. His real estate coaching practice and countrywide seminars are with it and probably worth attending and paying for.

Moving towards a general inspiration, and yes MOTIVATIONAL coach, I'd recommend you check out video and insight from Gary Vaynerchuck, aka Gary V.. Why? Gary V. is a no holds barred, raw, off the cusp and excellent inspirational voice! He carries a no excuses mentality. He is accurate when he professes that each individual human creates their own life. He tells his listeners to blame no one, never complain, and if anything blame yourself. Overall Gary V. in his often gently profanity-laced inspirational talks,  advocates for each of us individuals to simply "Do Stuff," and "Make it Happen" Go forth in the world and create, be successful, make mistakes and fail. Yet no matter what, "DO STUFF". Gary V seems to advocate a very proactive philosophy to life. Somehow I get the sense his teachings are universal to the human condition and embraced by all demographics. From the CEO level executive to the common man, to the struggling man, he is a relatable, empowering, honest life coach.

In my opinion, personalized Life and Professional Coaches can be an excellent thing to add to your ongoing career and life. On the wasteful side, I have also previously paid for real estate coaching that went nowhere and wasted time and money. Thus, be careful, do your research, and choose a life coach that vibes well with your lifestyle, aura, and future goals. Basically what I'm saying here is some professional coaches are amazing, inspiring, creative and life-changing, while others suck.

In the end, I think in our Capitalist, human resource and idea-driven economy, the power lays within each of us. The inner power and desire to improve is a real force. It can be done! It takes an NBA legend Michael Jordan type drive to become the best ever, of all time in your chosen field. Why was Michael Jordan of the  6 Time NBA Finals winning Bulls, Olympic Dream Team, and North Carolina Tar Heels Shotmaker the best ever? It is because of his competitive drive, natural God-given talent, and impeccable practice work ethic. This behind the spotlight work ethic and inner drive is the reasoning why his "Airness" soared so high during those Championship games. It is also logical to infer that Michael Jordan benefited from the basketball and life coaching from his UNC coach Dean "the Dean-Dome" Smith, and Zen Master Bull's Coach, Phil Jackson.

People, there is a tangible way to glory for us all. Combine your natural talents, with an excellent work ethic, wrapped with the competitive drive to succeed and my prediction is, you can! Listen to your coaches, bosses, and mentors. Maybe one day you'll be the coach yourself?

It was a Success! The Lone Star Book Festival 5.29.2021 was fantastic!

The Lone Star Book Festival in the Downtown Square of Seguin, Texas today was a SUCCESS! The Indie Authors and I had a friendly, cool wholesome meal @the Power Plant Restaurant and Venue Friday night. Good times all around. The Book Festival Today had roughly 50 or so individual author, music, and art tents. All were surrounding a well manicured Seguin downtown square park with a beautiful fountain. The  streets were  blocked off, and the visiting patrons and book inquisitor guests were gracious and welcoming. The guests even bought books too. Multiple fellow authors told me they sold 15 books or more. The day started off cool, overcast and drizzly, but by 11 am or 12 noon there were blue skies and sunshine. Thanks to BookPeople for the bookmarks, and BookPeople Bumper stickers. There were so many visitors, they all got taken. ---gvm
